Giving to FSU CDPH

We depend on private support from individuals and organizations to fund activities that are not possible with routine State funding to CDPH or our affiliated academic departments, or that cannot be linked to specific research/ training grants or contracts. Examples include:

  • Stipends/ fellowship support for graduate students in the Master of Science - Demography degree program
  • Travel support for MS-Demography students to attend regional and national professional meetings to take advantage of crucial networking opportunities
  • Travel support for academic and applied professionals to visit Tallahassee and present in our long-standing Friday Colloquium ("Brown Bag") Series
  • Mentoring awards for faculty in Demography and Population Health
